My work is centered around providing DevOps and Machine Learning solutions for the United States Navy, where I apply my expertise to create innovative and impactful technologies.
In addition to my work in engineering, I have a deep commitment to research and academia. While pursuing my doctorate, I had the privilege of contributing to cancer research, an experience that allowed me to explore the intersection of technology and healthcare. Professional Background
With bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology from Excelsior College, Mathematics from Louisiana State University (LSU), Electrical Engineering with a minor in Quantum Physics from Arizona State University (ASU), and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), my academic journey has been both diverse and enriching.
In my role as an ‘Electrical Engineer – SME’ with Saalex Solutions Inc., I’ve dedicated my career to exploring the intersection of technology, engineering, and innovation. Working on projects for the United States Navy, I’ve been able to apply my knowledge in DevOps and Machine Learning to real-world challenges, creating solutions that have a tangible impact.

Personal Growth
We all face challenges in life, and for me, two of the most significant were overcoming extreme shyness and lifting myself out of poverty. My introverted nature was a barrier in many ways, but through social behavioral modification, I learned to break free from those constraints. My pursuit of education and growth in my discipline became the keys to financial stability and professional success.
These personal triumphs have shaped not only my career but also my hobbies and passions. They are a testament to what we can achieve with perseverance, self-awareness, and continuous learning. Personal Passions
Outside of my professional life, I’m driven by a diverse range of interests that reflect both my creative and athletic sides. As a former quarterback and free safety in football, I’ve learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and strategic thinking on the field. These lessons have translated into other areas of my life, including my love for photography, filmmaking, and stargazing.
Currently, I’m working on a project that combines my passion for cinema and technology, an exciting fusion that allows me to explore new creative horizons. When I’m not behind the camera, telescope, or reminiscing about my days on the gridiron, I enjoy supporting my daughter, Gemma, as she pursues her degree in Graphics Information Technology with Full Stack Web Development at Arizona State University (ASU).
